Need to Cancel Your Order?

No worries — we’re here to help! Please follow these steps to request an order cancellation:

  1. Drop us an email at carrolite061021@gmail.com

  2. Be sure to mention your Order ID, product name, full name, and city.

  3. Use “Cancel Order” as your email subject line.

  4. Once we receive your request, your order will be automatically canceled.

Please Note:

  • Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.

  • Repeated COD rejections may lead to a permanent ban from future orders.
